Ninesen®5022 represents a premium - grade, ashless additive complex meticulously engineered for the lubricating oils within high - pressure hydraulic transmission systems. This product is formulated scientifically, incorporating carefully selected additive components. These include an extreme - pressure anti - wear agent composition, a rust and corrosion inhibitor composition, an antioxidant composition, and a rubber compatibility improver.The blended finished oil complies with a series of standards, such as GB 11118.1, Vickers M - 2950 - S, I - 286 - S, DIN51524 (II), Denison HF - 0, HF - 1, and HF - 2. When the ashless anti - wear hydraulic oil is formulated with Ninesen®5022 at a dosage ranging from 0.6 to 0.8% (wt), it exhibits outstanding anti - wear properties and load - bearing capacity.
