Ninesen®8205磨削油复合剂适用于高速磨削和强力磨削等高精度金属加工工艺润滑剂的制备，与PAO、白油、矿物油、合成酯均具有优异的相容性，它具有优异的摩擦学和抗氧化性能、更高的磨削比、良好的过滤性和低气泡倾向。在沟槽磨削、内圆磨削和成型磨削以及精磨和珩磨操作等工艺中广泛应用，可提供出色的加工表面质量。Ninesen®8205可用于加工各种铁合金和非铁合金。Ninesen®8205符合绿色环保要求，无异味、可生物降解、不含氯。推荐使用剂量2.0%-4.0%（wt%）。
Ninesen®8205 grinding oil composite additive is suitable for the preparation of lubricants for high-precision metal processing processes such as high-speed grinding and heavy-duty grinding. It has excellent compatibility with PAO, white oil, mineral oil, and synthetic esters. It features excellent tribological and anti-oxidation properties, a higher grinding ratio, good filterability, and a low tendency to form bubbles. It is widely applied in processes such as groove grinding, internal grinding, profile grinding, as well as finish grinding and honing operations, and can provide excellent surface quality of the processed parts. Ninesen®8205 can be used for processing various ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Ninesen®8205 meets the requirements of environmental protection, has no peculiar smell, is biodegradable, and contains no chlorine. The recommended dosage is 2.0%-4.0% (wt%).
