Ninesen®7128 additive package is mainly used in the metal processing industry for the preparation of emulsified cutting fluids. It has excellent compatibility with paraffinic base oils such as API Group I base oil 150SN and some API Group II base oils. When added at a dosage of 15.0% - 18.0% (wt), the processing fluid can be applied to the cutting of various metal materials including cast iron, carbon steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys. Meanwhile, it provides excellent lubrication and protection for machine tools and cutting tools.Ninesen®7128 emulsified oil compound additive adopts an environmentally - friendly formula. The prepared coolant is not prone to deterioration and will not cause pollution or damage to the environment and operators.
