Ninesen®7028复合添加剂主要用于金属加工行业加工乳化切削液的制备。与环烷基基础油具有优异的相容性，在15.0%-18.0%（wt）的剂量下，加工液可应用于铸铁、碳钢、铜合金、铝合金、钛合金等各类金属材料的切削加工，同时对机床、刀具提供出色的润滑保护；Ninesen®7028乳化油复合剂采用环保配方，制备的冷却液不易变质，不会对环境和操作员造成污染和损害。
Ninesen®7028 additive package is mainly used in the metal processing industry for the preparation of emulsified cutting fluids. It has excellent compatibility with naphthenic base oils. When added at a dosage of 15.0% - 18.0% (wt), the processing fluid can be applied to the cutting of various metal materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys. At the same time, it provides excellent lubrication and protection for machine tools and cutting tools.
Ninesen®7028 emulsified oil additive package adopts an environmentally friendly formula. The prepared coolant is not prone to deterioration and will not cause pollution or harm to the environment and operators.
